Help adults with developmental disabilities achieve their dreams of independence and inclusion by supporting our apprenticeship program. We teach critical work skills through paid on-the-job training and then help our program graduates secure independent employment in the community.

Berit Stormo-Flanagan, Job Coach
Start Date: 2017

Berit has been a mainstay of our job coaching staff for over 3 years while simultaneously studying in college.

Farrah Forsyth, Site Manager
Start Date: 2020

Farrah recently joined us once Colorado's Stay-at-Home orders were lifted and we were able to re-start our program operations. Farrah has been working in a wide range of responsibilities connected with the I/DD population for over 20 years, including as a caregiver in a group home setting, a host home provider, and as store manager for a similar organization to Boulder Treasures. When not working with Ramble, Farrah is an avid Yoga practitioner and instructor.

Melissa Douaire, Job Coach

Melissa joined Ramble shortly after moving to Boulder from Chicago. She brings a broad range of experiences to bear on her role as a job coach at Ramble, including as an elementary school teacher, an ESL instructor to ethnically, educationally and economically diverse college and adult students, and as a minister in pastoral care.

Sheila King, Sales Associate

Sheila brings a wide range of experience in business operations and unsurprisingly awesome customer service to Ramble. Sheila has a B.A. in Journalism from CU Boulder and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
