RBRC is a Child Advocacy Center serving child abuse victims and works closely with child protection and law enforcement to ensure that all child abuse victims are provided the necessary services to heal. We work to ensure that all professionals work together leading to the best outcomes.

Mary Cloud, Assistant Director

My name is Mary Cloud and I have been recently hired on as the the Assistant Director for RBRC. I have lived in Glenwood for three years, six years total in Colorado. I am excited for the work that we will continue and new ideas to yet be developed and implemented!

Blythe Chapman, CEO/Executive Director

Blythe Chapman has been in the human services field for over 17 years. Blythe received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Vermont. She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver and she is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. Blythe helped kick off the Child Welfare Training Academy with the State of Colorado Department of Human Services. Previous to working for the State, Blythe was a Child Welfare Supervisor, Caseworker and Family Therapist with Garfield County Department of Human Services.
