Sally Ryman, Program Director
Start Date:

Sally Ryman graduated from Bucknell University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Russian. She graduated in 2015 from University of Denver with her Master's in Social Work. She has over fifteen years of administrative and project management experience. She worked for ten years in the publishing industry, including positions in the publications departments of two medical associations: the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Association for Clinical Chemistry. Sally has been a volunteer with Grand County Search and Rescue since 2007 and currently serves as Secretary on their Board. She has also been trained and certified as an EMT-Basic and is a Med Tech with Search and Rescue. Sally was hired by the Network as a Program Assistant in July 2011 and promoted to Program Coordinator in July 2013. Sally is a 2015 graduate with her Master of Social Work degree at University of Denver.

Jen Fanning, CEO/Executive Director
Start Date: 2008

Jen Fanning has over fifteen years of experience working with disadvantaged populations in community health, program development and healthcare delivery implementation. Jen received significant training and experience in her role as a Community Health and AIDS Prevention agent in West Africa during her Peace Corps service. Additional experience includes case management, marketing, environmental health, and teaching developmentally delayed children. Jen has also volunteered for the National Sports Center for the Disabled for seven years and the American Cancer Society for three years. Jen received a Bachelor in Arts from Hamilton College, with a concentration in Psychology. She is a 2009 fellow of the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership Advanced Leadership Training Program. Jen is currently working toward her Master's in Healthcare Leadership at University of Denver. She was also a 2011 fellow in the Community Resource Center's Nonprofit Leadership and Management Training Program and a 2013 fellow of El Pomar's Emerging Leaders Development Program. Jen also was co-chair of the Northwest Colorado Rural Philanthropy Days (NWCO RPD) planning committee in 2012-2013 and is currently chair of the Mental Health committee as part of the NWCO RPD interim committee. Jen was hired by the Network in July 2007 as the Community Health Program Coordinator and assumed the Executive Director's role in 2008. Jen is currently working toward her Masters in Healthcare Leadership at Denver University.
