Beverly Martinez, finance coordinator
Start Date: 2018

Bev is a retired finance coordinator of over 25 years for the Dulce School district on the Jicarilla Apache Native American reservation. She oversaw all accounts payable and receivable for the department and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of accounting to CRIA.

Jeanette Hill, office manager
Start Date: 2014

After several years of public school teaching, Jeanette earned a Master of Music degree and continued as a music educator (voice, history, choral, and opera) at the university level for twelve years. Before coming to Chimney Rock Interpretive Association, she worked for six years as Office Manager and Immigration Specialist in the Office of International Students and Scholars at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She has been Office Manager at CRIA since December 2014.

Danyelle M Leentjes, CEO/Executive Director

Danyelle M. Leentjes is a graduate of Ohio University with a major in Organizational Communication and a minor in Campaigning and Sociology
Most recently, Leentjes worked with Pagosa Springs, CO, greenhouse manufacturer Growing Spaces where she developed new standard operating procedures for various departments to make business more efficient. She managed and trained the sales department and was responsible for creating long-term marketing and adverting campaigns. She designed and executed public relations campaigns and created new promotions for social media networks and paid advertising. She networked with like-minded industries to create strategic alliances.
Prior to Growing Spaces, Leentjes worked with Dan Lee Marketing in Pagosa Springs, creating marketing and advertising campaigns, handling media placement, developing special promotions, and creating social media campaigns.
As director of marketing with Ensignal, Leentjes was responsible for all advertising, promotions, special events, marketing, public relations, and monthly advertising budgets for 40 stores in 7 states. She managed the advertising department staff: hiring, firing, and performing annual reviews. Leentjes collaborated with a dozen sales managers and regional managers on an ongoing basis to design grass roots marketing campaigns for each territory, then trained personnel on the promotion/upcoming event. She oversaw designing a new website and started a direct mail campaign
