Abilgail Ostendorf, Director-Associate
Start Date: 2019

Abi Ostendorf is a local jewelry designer originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She additionally enjoys painting, furniture restoration and stone cutting in her Denver studio. A majority of her inspiration comes from nature and simple geometric patterns. Being a part of a strong artistic community is very important to her and also contributes to her day to day creativity. She has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from DePaul University.

Katie Moran, Director -Executive/CEO

Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drawing from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn NY and she received a Masters in Science for Teachers from Pace University in NYC. Following graduate school, Katie worked within the New York Department of Education teaching art to children with special needs. She recently served with the U.S. Peace Corps in Grenada, an island in the southeastern Caribbean Sea, developing educational, vocational, health and life skill programs for youth and adults living within an orphanage. Katie has written and received numerous grants supporting the programs that she initiated within the Peace Corps. Under her leadership The Art Garage has quadrupled in size and significantly increased outreach to include many who have been traditionally underserved.
