Ann Harris has worked for the DHHS since 2002 as the lead FSS Case Manager with a promotion to Resident Services Program Manager in the fall of 2009. She supervises DHHS Family Self-Sufficiency program, Case del la Esperanza for agricultural workers, and Elderly Public Housing Case Management. Ann received her Master's degree in Counseling in 1991 and her Bachelor's of Social Work in 1988 from Arizona State University. After graduating from college, Ann joined the Peace Corps and lived in South America for 2 years. Ann moved to Colorado in 1994 and worked for eight years in the Boulder District Attorney's Office as Coordinator of the County Court Victim/Witness unit assisting victims/witnesses of violent crimes. She has been with the Family Self-Sufficiency Program since May of 2002 providing crisis and case management, life skills education and counseling, academic and career planning, parenting and life skills education.
