Oral Health impacts our lives in many ways, from our ability to eat our favorite foods to our ability to contribute to Colorado's economy. OHCO raises awareness about the importance of oral health in overall health in order to build and sustain a just and equitable oral health care system.

Anita Blea, Projects Manager
Start Date: 2018

Ms. Blea has 8+ years experience working in the nonprofit world as a Program Coordinator, Office Manager, Assistant Director and Development Director. She has worked in the public schools with special needs students, worked with abused and neglected children in the foster care system and has 10+ years customer service experience.

Julie Collett, RHD, SMSK Project Director

Ms. Collett is a registered dental hygienist with 15+ years in the nonprofit world working with development, overseeing programs providing oral health care to at risk child in the public school system and serving as the Executive Director of Kids in Need of Dentistry.

Francoise Mbabzi, Outreach Dirctor

Francoise has worked extensively in the non-profit sector. She has been an organizer and held leadership development positions at several of Colorado's policy-focused organizations including serving as Health Justice Program Director for the Colorado Progressive Coalition. Francoise has collaborated with many coalitions including the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, the Colorado Multi-Ethnic Cultural Consortium, the Northeast Denver Children's Collaborative, the Coalition for Minority Youth Equality, and Health Care for America

Christy Dodd, CEO/Executive Director

Ms. Dodd has her Master's in Public Health from the University of Northern Colorado. She has 20+ years experience working in the nonprofit world in both leadership and volunteer positions. Her experience includes Board Development, grant writing, strategic planning, team building, coalition building and nonprofit development. Ms Dodd has served on local, state, regional and national boards and has a background in working with mental health, child abuse, education, domestic violence and working with felons to help prepare them to look for work in the community. She currently lives in Greeley.
