Claire Bouchard, Vice President of Community Impact
Start Date: 2019

Claire has lived and worked in Larimer County for more than 14 years. Before joining United Way she held multiple community engagement positions in the area, including public and private sector roles. She graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor's degree in Communications and minored in Women's Studies.

Claire is passionate about connecting community organizations to increase capacity within our communities. She brings deep community content expertise, a commitment to high-quality work and collaborative teams to the Vice President of Community Impact role.

Annie Davies, President & CEO
Start Date: 2017

Annie Davies joined the staff as United Way of Larimer County's President and CEO in August 2017. She graduated from the University of Michigan (BA) and University of Colorado Denver (MPA), and has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. She began her nonprofit career in Seattle at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and has worked in higher education at both Grand Valley State University (GVSU) and the University of Colorado (CU Denver). Most recently, Davies served as Director of Communications and Development at Rocky Mountain Human Services, a $40M community-centered board serving individuals with disabilities and veterans with traumatic brain injuries.

Diane Hathaway, CFO & Vice President of Operations
Start Date: 2013

Diane Hathaway is Vice President of Support and Chief Financial Officer for United Way of Larimer County since March 2013. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Northern Colorado. Her more than 25 years experience includes accounting and finance for nonprofit hospice organization, regional hospital system and for-profit multidisciplinary physician group.

Allison Hines, Senior Vice President of Resource Development
Start Date: 2014

Allison Hines serves as Vice President of Resource Development at United Way of Larimer County and has been with the organization since 2014. She received her B.A. in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University. Allison has over 15 years of experience in Larimer County nonprofits and served as the Chair of United Way's WomenGive program prior to joining the staff. As a resource development professional, she's an expert in the areas of annual giving, special events, direct mail, sponsorships, and corporate, major and planned gifts and enjoys connecting passionate community members to the important work United Way does in Larimer County.
