Debbi Haynie, Executive Director

Debbi Haynie, Executive Director of the Castle Rock Senior Center
Debbi brings a wealth of experience and a passion for seniors to the Castle Rock Senior Center. Her background at the center over the last five years includes volunteer coordination and project management. Her programs have consistently brought new funding into the center while increasing public awareness of the needs of Douglas County Seniors. From the annual Summer Golf Tournament to the Arts and Crafts show in the fall, public participation events such as these bring new revenue streams into the Center. Special event programs such as "mystery trips", brings new experiences to the seniors improving their overall quality of life.
Professionally, Debbi's past experience in multi-family housing management have given her insights into the needs of families and individual needs. She has managed multi-million dollar budgets, and coordination/supervision of multi-level personnel.
Debbi has been involved in the community with several organizations from Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of Colorado, Douglas County Schools and other community organizations.
Debbi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Art History from Texas Tech University.
