Denny L Moyer, CEO/Executive Director
Start Date: 2001

Mrs. Denny Moyer, a founding member and current Executive Director of the Ensight Skills Center Inc, develops and oversees programs; marketing and fundraising to help people with low vision maintain and regain their independence.
As an Occupational Therapy Practitioner with extensive education and experience in low vision, Denny has established her self as a professional in the low vision field. She also has a degree in Healthcare Administration and has a specialty certification in low vision. Denny serves on the board of directors and as a reviewer for the National Accreditation Council for Blind and Low Vision Services (NAC) and Vision Serve Alliance; is a liaison for the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA); and serves as a trustee on the Fort Collins Lions Foundation.
On a daily basis, Denny practices many of the same techniques and skills she teaches at the Ensight Skills Center, and also uses many of the adaptive aids she sells to consumers. She is both an excellent teacher and role model for people with low vision. Denny lives a very active, independent, and productive life as the Director of a nonprofit, a volunteer, a mother, a grandmother and continues to be an active member of the community.

Melody M Bettenhausen, Development Director

After graduating from Colorado State University in December 2008, Melody joined the Ensight team in January 2009. Melody's current position includes working on outreach, grant writing, and program development.

Melody currently resides in Loveland, Colorado with her husband and two young children.

Cori Layton, Director of Rehab
Start Date:

Cori Layton, OTR, SCLV, currently works as the Director of Rehabilitation at Ensight Skills Center for Visual Rehabilitation. She has worked as an occupational therapist for 22 years, eight of those years working exclusively with clients who have low vision. In her current role, she works actively with clients in the office and their homes to evaluate and train clients in strategies to help them remain safe and independent in their homes. She also supervises the rehabilitation department at Ensight. She received her Specialty Certification in Low Vision in 2011 from AOTA.
