Lisa Poppaw, Executive Director
Start Date: 2018

Lisa Poppaw joined Crossroads Safehouse as the Executive Director in 2018. She previously served as the Executive Director of ChildSafe, an outpatient treatment facility that provides therapy for victims of child abuse, primarily child sexual abuse. Before that, she was the Northern Colorado Regional Director for Manufacturer's Edge, a company that connects manufacturers with technical assistance, training, and support. Ms. Poppaw also served two terms on the Fort Collins City Council, was the Chair of the Poudre Fire Authority board of directors, a member of the Legislative Review Committee, and a member of the Ethics Review Board for the City.

Hill Grimmett, Finance Manager
Start Date: 2017

Mr. Grimmett joined Crossroads in July, 2017 as Finance Manager. He is responsible for managing all aspects of Crossroads' accounting and financial reporting. His background includes many years of financial management for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
