Jason DeaBueno, President and CEO
Start Date: 2019

Jason DeaBueno is responsible for leading the Silver Key organization in his role as President and CEO. His experience includes more than 20 years in leadership and managing social and health care service agencies. Jason's passion for working with older adult populations is evident in the causes he participates in and leads to improve care and access to services. Derek Wilson, Chief Strategic Officer
Start Date: 2018

Derek serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Silver Key. He is responsible to set, facilitate, and guide key strategic initiatives that impact the entirety of Silver Key. Specifically, he effectively communicates, develops, executes, and sustains strategic initiatives in collaboration with the leadership and development/marketing teams. Derek manages the Resource Development team that includes the organization's fundraising and grant-writing activities. Most recently, he was the Donor Relations Director for the Southern Colorado Region of The Salvation Army primarily responsible for major gifts. Prior to that, Derek was Director of Extended Studies at the Helen and Arthur E Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing & Health Sciences at UCCS. Derek holds a BS in Political Science and a Masters in Educational Leadership, both from Northern Arizona University. Derek is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak (LPP), a civic leadership program for the Pikes Peak region.
