James Gillespie joined the Gateway family in 2019. He brings a strong nonprofit background to Gateway, specializing in fund development, program creation and evaluation, advocacy and systems change.

Michelle's background is in counseling and mentoring children who have been affected by Domestic Violence. She facilitates Children and Parenting Groups to support safety and healing in families. As the Manager Of Special Projects, Michelle is responsible for the implementation of agency-specific special projects.
