Alice Crawford, Accompanist/Organist

Alice Crawford is the Larimer Chorale's accompanist and concert performer and the accompanist for the Silvertones Senior Choir. Alice is the Director of Children's Ministry and Children's Music at First Presbyterian Church, Fort Collins, and a frequent organist and accompanist in that church's music program. Alice brings with her many years of experience, having worked in larger churches in New Jersey, Oregon, Idaho, Virginia, and Colorado. She has had many opportunities to accompany and perform major choral works as pianist or organist. Since moving to Fort Collins in 2007, Alice has been the accompanist for the Colorado Youth Chorale and the Greeley Chorale and is currently one of the accompanists for the Centennial Children's Chorus.
Alice earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Westminster Choir College at Ryder University, Princeton, New Jersey. Her principle instrument was the organ; her minor was in voice. Alice is also an enthusiastic hammered dulcimer player. When not playing the organ, piano, or hammered dulcimer, Alice enjoys cycling, walking, swimming, sewing, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Jean Johnson, Assistant Conductor
Jean Johnson is the Larimer Chorale's assistant conductor. She is a mezzo-soprano who has appeared with the Larimer Chorale and the Laudamus Chamber Chorale, as well as at various local venues. She currently teaches vocal music at Preston Middle School in the Poudre School District and maintains a private music studio in Fort Collins. Ms. Johnson has taught music at all levels from pre-school to college and frequently serves as an adjudicator for music competitions in northern Colorado. Ms. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Music degree from Colorado State University.
Michael Todd Krueger, CEO/Executive Director

After a distinguished career teaching at the college and university levels, Michael Todd Krueger has dedicated himself to the cause of the adult, avocational singer. He currently serves as conductor and artistic director of the Larimer Chorale, music director of Voices West (formerly Littleton Chorale) and as minister of music at King of Glory Lutheran Church in Arvada. Through his work with these choruses, he is known for his healthy, inspiring and unique approach to singing for adults
Dr. Krueger earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in music education from Luther College and the Master of Music degree in trumpet performance and jazz studies from the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley (UNC). He subsequently earned the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in choral conducting and vocal studies from the University of Illinois. He has served on the music faculties of Ithaca College, Morningside College, Millikin University, and the University of Wyoming.
