Mental Health Partners

MHP provides behavioral healthcare throughout Boulder and Broomfield counties. Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA), a program of MHP, supports survivors of sexual violence and works to eradicate this epidemic crime through prevention education. It is funded entirely by grants and private gifts.

Deb Sprague, Interim Vice-President of Operations
Start Date: 2019

Deb Sprague graduated from the University of South Florida and Florida Atlantic University. She holds a M.Ed. (Masters of Education) and is Certified EMDR Clinician, as well as being a Consultant in Training EMDR.
Deb has previously held roles of Executive Director for Lincoln Council on Alcoholism and Drugs and Jackson Hole Community Counseling Center. She has served on the operations team for MHP for 7 years.

George Eliopulos, Interim Chief Medical Officer

Dr. George Eliopulos graduated from the University of Wyoming and Utah School of Medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science, and a MD. George has been a Mental Health Partners Team Member for 25 years.

Jennifer Leosz, Co-CEO
Start Date: 2020

Jennifer Leosz graduated from the University of NH and Boston College, with a BA in Psychology and MSW respectively. She has been a Mental Health Partners Team Member for 15 years. Formerly, she was MHP's VP of Clinical Care.

Dixie Casford, Co-CEO
Start Date: 2020

Dixie Casford graduated from Washington State University, Texas State University, Troy State University, University of Oklahoma. She holds degrees in BA, MA, MBA and MLS. She is also certified as LPC and in Healthcare Compliance. Dixie has been a Mental Health Partners Team Member for almost 7 years. Formerly, she was MHP's Vice President of Acute Care.
