Kelly Jennings, Operations Director
Start Date:

Kelly Jennings is the Operations Director of Greccio Housing. Kelly was born in Southern California and pursued her education at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA. Afterward, she began her career in the corporate world of property management as a leasing agent and continued to focus on working her way up to Property Director in a three year time frame. Kelly has managed a variety of properties ranging in size from a 162 unit student-based property, to more than 500 units located in Newport Beach, CA. Most of Kelly's career has been focused on managing properties that were undergoing renovations and enhancing the exterior and interior of all aspects of the property. Two of Kelly's major professional accomplishments were receiving Award Winning Renovation of the Year and Property of the Year. After spending 14 years in property management in California, she finally decided to take a leap and move to Colorado Springs in August 2014 with her husband. After a few months of exploring, Kelly knew that she wanted to do something different that would be meaningful and would help others. Kelly was eager to work at a not-for-profit organization after spending several years working in the for-profit world. Soon after, Kelly began her career as Operations Director for Greccio Housing in November 2014. She enjoys all of the variety she is exposed to.
