Peg Logan, COO

Peg has a BA from Swarthmore College and a Master's degree in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale University. She joined the Together Colorado staff in September 2013 and functions as Manager of all business operations. Her prior positions included Executive Director of the Chinook Fund for 8 years, Management Consultant for various Denver-based organizations for 6 years, and Executive Director of Instituto Monteverde, a community based organization located in Monteverde, Costa Rica. Peg is bilingual and a member of Montview Presbyterian Church in Denver, CO.

Mike Kromrey, CEO/Executive Director

Mike has a BA from University of Michigan and an MSW from University of Denver. Mike's history with community organizing spans 25 years. He was hired as an organizer by Catholic Community Services in 1980 to work in collaboration with MOP. In 1985 Mike became Director of MOP, a job he held for 10 years. In 1990 Mike left Denver to direct Congregations Building Community (CBC), a congregation based community organization in Northern Colorado. Mike directed CBC for five years, returning full time to the job of MOP director in July of 2000. In addition to directing MOP, Mike serves on the PICO national staff, consulting with PICO projects in San Francisco and Kansas City.

Patty Lawless, Lead Community Organizer

Patty joined the MOP staff in September 2001. She helped create MOP's organizing work in public schools. Patty has worked for 20 years in El Salvador and Denver on community development and social justice work primarily with immigrant communities.
