Linda Ellegard, CEO/Executive Director

Linda oversees four major programs (Zach's Place, ICANAdult Services, Adult Host Home, Child Placement Services), facilitates and initiates program development for the agency. She reports to the Board of Directors. Mrs. Ellegard has directed the agency since December 2000. She has a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Her prior work has been in the development and oversight of a local child placement agency for 8 years. Prior to that time, she developed Lutheran Family Service's foster care program in Colorado Springs. Mrs. Ellegard has been a foster parent and has worked professionally in child welfare for 30 years. She is also a parent of a child with a disability.
