Erin Eulenfeld, Chief Operating Officer - Services
Start Date: 2001

M.S. in Counseling, Western Oregon University and C.R.C. (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor). Employed with FGI since July1978, Erin is responsible for the overall operation of all direct services provided by FGI to individuals with cognitive disabilities and oversees a staff of 100+.

Deborah Lapp, Chief Operating Officer - Case Management

BSW, Colorado State University, Social Work. Debbie has been employed at FGI since 1997 in a variety of positions including case manager, Residential Director and her current position as Director of the Dept of Resource Coordination and Development. Responsible for the following programs: case management (children & adults); family support services, children's medical waiver programs, housing subsidy services, advocacy services, referral and eligibility and intake services.
