Lisa Ricci is the Annual Giving Manager at EOC. She has over 30 years of nonprofit experience specializing in donor management and database administration.

Jennifer Gremmert, Executive Director
Start Date: 2018

Jennifer Gremmert is the Executive Director of Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC), a non-profit organization empowering people through energy security. She has been committed to EOC's mission for 18 years and served as the Deputy Director before her promotion in 2018. Ms. Gremmert has worked for numerous nonprofit organizations including Urban Peak, the national office of Junior Achievement, Up With People, the University of Arizona and the University of California. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition and has served as Chair of both the Governor's Commission on Low-Income Energy Assistance and the Colorado Utility Consumer Board.

In 2017, Ms. Gremmert received the Denver Business Journal's "Top Women in Energy", and participated in the inaugural Bighorn Leadership Program: Colorado's Energy Future. She has extensive expertise in regulatory and programmatic solutions to ensure that vulnerable families have access to affordable, reliable home energy.

Ms. Gremmert received her Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University and her undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona.

Denise Stepto, Chief Communications Officer
Start Date: 2018

Denise Stepto is the Chief Communications Officer at Energy Outreach (EOC). She has over 25 years of experience in communications, marketing, public affairs, and development, and has worked in both private and public sectors including aviation, energy, education, plus city and state government. Before coming to EOC, she served as the deputy director of communications for Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper.
