Lisa Maloney, Program Director
Start Date: 2017
Ms. Maloney brings a wealth of retail management experience to her position as Program Director of Clothes To Kids. She is responsible for coordinating the daily processing of all incoming donations, tracking outgoing wardrobes and volunteer training/supervision.
Past Employment:
15+ years of experience in retail management at GAP, Eddie Bauer and Brooks Brothers.
Katie Jones Jadwin, Communications Director
Start Date: 2019
Ms. Jadwin started with Clothes To Kids as a Community Outreach Intern in September 2010, and then was hired as Clothes To Kids' first employee following her graduation from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. In January 2014, Ms. Jadwin was named the first Executive Director of Clothes To Kids and served in this role through July 2019. Following an out-of-state move, she has transitioned to Communications Director, responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing communications and public relations efforts, web presence (website, social media, etc.) and grant writing.
Past Employment:
• Resource Development and Family Support Services Intern for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.
• Vocational Supervisor at Providers' Resource Clearinghouse.
Valerie Lunka, Executive Director
Start Date: 2019
Ms. Lunka was the first Development Director at Clothes To Kids, and served in this role from April 2014-July 2019. She was promoted to Executive Director in August 2019 and is responsible for overall operations, financial management, and the recruitment identifying key partners whose support will help the organization achieve its goals.
Past Employment:
• Eighteen years at Advocates for Children, the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) organization serving Colorado's 18th judicial district. Ms. Lunka held a variety of positions there, including CASA volunteer, board member, Red Wagon Ball founder, Board Chair, and finally Development Director.
