Ryan Martin, Community Coordinator
Start Date: 2018

Ryan came to Colorado from Chicago in 2004 to be a full time volunteer with the Colorado Vincentian Volunteers (CVV), having graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and a M.S. in Financial Markets and Trading. During his year of service he felt a deep call to the mission of CVV. He has been able to respond to this call by working at a homeless day shelter and a Denver inner city school, which eventually led him, his wife, Maura, and three children to be missionaries in Cameroon. Ryan has worked at CVV in varying capacities companioning volunteers with six different groups. Currently, Ryan is the Assistant Program Director for CVV. He and Maura now have 6 young children.

Adrienne Havey, Accountant/bookkeeper

Adrienne Havey is the accountant for the Colorado Vincentian Volunteers (CVV), a program for young adults who want to immerse themselves in the Vincentian spirit through service in the Denver area. She holds a BS in Accounting from Regis University. Her husband, Josh Havey, was a CVV Volunteer in 1998 and they stayed connected to the CVV Community after his experience as a volunteer. Adrienne loves being able to use her accounting skills to help CVV achieve their mission. She is a native of Colorado and a mother to five children.

Margaret Mailander, Community Coordinator

Margaret Mailander is a Community Coordinator at Colorado Vincentian Volunteers (CVV), a program for young adults who want to immerse themselves in the Vincentian spirit through service in the Denver area. She holds a certificate in Depth Psychology and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. She was raised on a farm and is a native of Colorado. Margaret's passion is to formulate thoughtful questions that encourage her and others to grapple with the complexities of the world. She also loves children's literature and being in nature.

Mary Frances Jaster, Co-Director & Founder

Mary Frances is co-director and co-founder of Colorado Vincentian Volunteers (CVV), a program for young adults who want to immerse themselves in the Vincentian spirit through service in the Denver area. She holds a certificate in Spiritual Direction from St. Thomas Seminary (formerly staffed by Vincentians) and a Masters in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific. She and her husband Bill are natives of Colorado, and are parents of two grown children. Mary Frances' passion is to companion young adults, to accompany them as Spiritual Director in their search for the spiritual connections to their work with those who are poor. She also loves being a grandmother.

Bill Jaster is co-director & co-founder of the Colorado Vincentian Volunteers, a program for young adults who immerse themselves in the Vincentian spirit through service to those who are poor in the Denver area. He received an M.A. in Adult Christian Community Development at Regis University, and a Certificate in Youth Ministry from Mount St. Mary's University. Bill has been working in youth and young adult ministry since 1976. He is passionate about sharing the Vincentian charism with others which he has done with Colorado Vincentian Volunteers from its inception in 1994. Bill and Mary Frances have two children and two grandchildren.
