Sarah Darlene Palmeri, Operations Director

Sarah Palmeri received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Art and Art History from Louisiana State University and obtained an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Notre Dame. She has experience in various management roles, opening a portrait photography in Denver and serving as the Assistant Director for Nuart Gallery in Santa Fe, NM. Sarah is an abstract painter that shows with Strangers Art Collective while participating in various shows across the country.
Her love for learning has created passion for art and travel, and her most meaningful experiences have been through exposure to new cultures and ideas. In her spare time, you can find her browsing the Denver Art Museum, various galleries, or in her studio painting.
Camille Ridley, Grants Manager

Camille Ridley has over a decade of experience in both corporate and nonprofit special event production and five years of fundraising expertise at the Rocky Mountain Children's Health Foundation, Girls Inc. of Denver Metro, and Friends First. She has a proven commitment to the nonprofit sector and the community at large. In fall 2015, she was recognized and honored by members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Colorado Chapter as a nominee and served a one-year term in 2016 and is in her second term in 2017. She also served as AFP's Rocky Mountain Philanthropy Institutes Co-chair in 2016 and is now Chair in 2017. The Colorado Chamber of Commerce appointed her to serve as the Co-chair of the 2017 Non-profit Roundtable.
Mike Johnson, Executive Director

Mike Johnson spent the last ten years as the Executive Director at Project PAVE. PAVE is a non-profit that works with youth in schools to empower them to end the cycle of relationship violence. The programming included intervention and prevention services. Prior to his non-profit work, Mike spent several years working in corporate America. His experience included Account Management, Product Management and just before coming into the non-profit world, Mike was the VP of Operations at Fujitsu Consulting.
Jason Diminich, Education Director
A passionate educator and life-long learner, Jason is proud to join the team of Think 360 Arts as Education Director. Hailing from New York, Jason worked for over a decade as a middle school theatre teacher. During his tenure, he served as a consultant for the NYC Department of Education designing and implementing professional development for teachers and as a contributing writer to the landmark NYC Blueprint for Teaching and Learning Theatre. Jason's experiences have afforded him the opportunity to work with diverse populations including the Arthur Miller Foundation, Brooklyn College, and Kigali Institute of Education in Rwanda. Jason holds a BS from New York University's program in Educational Theatre and a MA in Applied Theatre from the City University of New York.
Lares Feliciano, Program Director
Start Date: 2017
Lares Feliciano is an artist, filmmaker, and arts administrator dedicated to creating and promoting thoughtful media that educates and inspires. She holds an M.F.A in Cinema Production from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Film & American Studies from Smith College. In December 2011 she served as the Artist in Residence at Grand Canyon National Park, and then served as the Artist in Residence Coordinator at the Denver Children's Museum for two years. In 2012 she co-founded the Southern Colorado Film Festival and served as Festival Director and Director of Programming.
