Megan Husko, ReStore Assistant Manager
Start Date: 2019

Megan is new to Blue Spruce Habitat and brings great organizational and customer service skills to her position at the ReStore. She moved to Colorado in the fall, 2019.

Lisa Cooper, Director of Volunteer and Family Services
Start Date: 2019

With more than 20 years of real estate experience and eleven years' experience with individuals with low incomes, Lisa Cooper finds that the role of Director of Family Service and Volunteers is a perfect fit. Thirty-one years of experience provides potential Habitat homeowners the support they need to purchase, in many cases, their very first home. Lisa walks each family through the steps and states that this work is "a passion of mine." Much of this work requires paying close attention to the details of the loan and home buying process which is a skill Lisa delivers for the benefit of each family.

Bryan Hutchinson, General Manager, ReStore
Start Date: 2011

Bryan supervises ReStore staff and more than 20 volunteers, coordinates the pick-up of a wide ranges of household items, and oversees marketing for the ReStore.

George Johnston, Construction Manager
Start Date: 2014

George supervises all aspects of the home building process, and works on local governmental/permitting tasks, orders lumber for the home builds, contracts for excavating, and other essential activities for construction. Additionally, he provides supervision of the Site Supervisor.

Bill Rowe, Construction Site Manager

Bill manages the construction of each home and supervises all building site volunteer activities.

Mary Ellen Carlow, Development Director
Start Date: 2019

Mary Ellen is responsible for fundraising, and marketing at Blue Spruce Habitat. She sits on the Fund Development, Publicity and Event Planning Committees.

Kathleen O'Leary, CEO/Executive Director
Start Date: 1999

Ms. O'Leary has been in this position for nineteen years. She volunteered with various Habitat affiliates for 6 years before becoming staff. She was a founding board member for the Flatiron Habitat for Humanity. Prior to becoming Habitat staff, Ms. O'Leary served as corporate counsel for two publicly traded corporations.
