Tiernen Archibald, Director of Children First

Tiernen Archibald, LSW, CHILDREN FIRST Program Director, is a graduate of our graduate level internship and postgraduate fellowship programs. She has 4 years of experience working with children, adults and families in the mental health field. Her responsibilities include coordinating the Children First program with 21 schools, serving as a liason between principals and student interns and fellows, data collection and program evaluation. She facilitates the orientation of Children First counselors and helps coordinate in-service trainings for intern counselors throughout the year. In addition to overseeing the CF program, Tiernen also oversees training of our therapists for working with children and youth.

Don Fetherman, Chief Financial Officer

Don Fetherman has more than 20 years of experience working in nonprofit finance and health care administration. His responsibilities include overseeing the financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as human resources and facilities management. He is committed to the mission of Maria Droste and ensuring we leverage our resources to best meet the needs of our community.

Marsena Holsopple, Development Director

Marsena has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit development, leadership, and fundraising. Mars manages the full spectrum of internal and external communications, donor cultivation and stewardship, events management, and fundraising strategies.
Graduating with a BA in Cultural Studies from Columbia College Chicago in 2007, Mars continued to grow her career as a nonprofit leader. Most recently she came from Iliff School of Theology where she served as the Annual Giving Director for seven years while completing non-degreed coursework from the IUPUI Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and University of Denver.

Sandra Mann, Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director

Sandra T. Mann (PsyD), is a licensed psychologist with 10 years postgraduate experience in the field of clinical psychology. Her work experience has emphasized teaching, supervision, and administration of clinical training programs for master's and doctoral level graduate students in mental health fields. Her responsibilities include strategic planning and program development. Dr. Mann works with the Maria Droste practitioners, staff, board and external constituents to clearly articulate the vision of Maria Droste and ensure funding of programs and services.
