Maggie Rittenhouse, Director, United Airlines Early Learning Center
Start Date: 2015

Maggie Rittenhouse holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and has taken a broad array of specialized training that will serve her well as Director of the United Airlines Early Learning Center. Prior to joining Warren Village, Maggie served as Director of the Encompass Early Education and Care Program in Green Bay, WI.

Maggie brings depth in knowledge and experience, a passion for quality early child development and a commitment to families and children - particularly those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Two of Maggie's many strengths include her ability to coach and mentor teachers to ensure quality care and her skill at developing meaningful relationships with parents.

Ethan Hemming, President & CEO
Start Date: 2016

Ethan Hemming joined Warren Village as its CEO following nearly 10 years of executive leadership, the last four years as Executive Director at the Colorado Charter School Institute (CSI). Under Ethan's leadership, CSI transformed its business and authorizing practices, grew its portfolio by 50% (from 10,000 to 15,000 students), and maintained a relentless focus on service to at-risk students.

Prior to CSI, Hemming held several leadership positions at Denver Public Schools (DPS). His service within DPS included charter school authorization, demographic planning efforts, and the district's homeless education program. His volunteer work has included board service at SOAR Charter School and Samaritan House Shelter. Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree from Colorado College and a Master's from Colorado State University. In his spare time, Ethan enjoys reading, hiking and camping with his wife Nicole and their two children.

Kelley Tingstrom, Director of Finance
Start Date: 2017

Kelley is responsible for finance and human resources. Prior to Warren Village, Kelley served in several finance and HR leadership roles, most recently with MorningStar Senior Living. Kelley received a BS in accounting with a minor in music from Regis University, a Masters in accounting from Texas A&M, and a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law. She is a licensed attorney and a member of the New York State Bar.

Elyse Montgomery, Director of Family Services
Start Date: 1998

Elyse Montgomery has worked directly with children and families for over 15 years. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A previous elementary school teacher, Elyse coordinates all of the supportive family services for Warren Village residents and their children. In addition, she was recognized as the "Colorado Individual Allied Healthcare Professional" in 2006 by the National Alliance on Mental Illness. She is a past president of the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
