Kelly Bell, Director of Operations

Kelly oversees all marketing and communication initiatives and brand integrity across multiple business units, as well as managing all social media, e-commerce, web and print. She is instrumental in streamlining business functions to create efficiencies and cost savings, with focus on increased product sales, donor giving, strategic partners, and customer retention.

Marketing and promotions professional with over 19+ years of demonstrated success in marketing and media relations, with a proven track record of contributions to company growth and profitability through product launches, marketing initiatives, consumer relation strategies and strategic partnerships. Tamra Ryan, CEO/Executive Director

Tamra has been with Women's Bean Project for over 11 years. Using a hands-on approach, she has successfully built a culture that caters to women attempting to break the cycle of chronic unemployment and poverty. Tamra's role within the nationally-recognized social enterprise focuses on leading a team of professionals in the implementation of business strategy, including program and operational expansion to increase the Bean Project's impact on the community. She works closely with the Board of Directors and staff

Anne Davis, Controller
Start Date:

Anne manages all of the company financial operations and human resource functions. Her work experiences include pharmaceutical manufacturing, not-for-profit, and telecommunications. Daily duties range from entering accounts payable invoices, to preparing payroll, to producing financial statements. She works closely with the staff to help ensure efficiency and accuracy in the financial processes.
