The Colorado League of Charter Schools offers direction and assistance to groups looking to start a new charter public school or replicate a successful charter public school model. The League provides a variety of services to support the development, growth, expansion and replication of high-quality charter public schools. The League's new school development services are designed to support planning efforts from the time founding groups first meet, through a school's first year of operation. For existing schools that seek to grow, expand, or replicate, the League offers assistance in strategic, business and multi-year financial and operations planning. The League depends on grants and donations to provide most of its services at no charge to new charter school developing groups.
Third-party vendors charge credit card and electronic check processing fees when you make an online donation. Two percent of each donation helps to cover these fees and ensures the program's long-term sustainability. The two percent processing fee is one of the lowest processing fees in the country.
You will automatically receive an on-screen acknowledgement letter and an e-mailed copy for your donation. Every donation is tax deductible as a charitable contribution to the full extent permitted by law. If you make a donation to a charity that offers Child Care or Enterprise Zone credits (additional Colorado state tax credits), Community First Foundation will acknowledge that your donation was processed successfully, but the charity will issue you an additional receipt pursuant to that. To learn more about these tax credits, contact the specific nonprofits.
Thank you for Donating through ColoradoGives.org: ColoradoGives.org partners with local nonprofits to facilitate online giving. Nonprofits trust us to process their online donations because of our low processing fees, security and other great things. We do this because we're a nonprofit, too!
