$2,000 Goal

Everyone has a story. Ours begins with the belief that love has the power to transform organizations and communities. Systole Consulting's mission is to transform the public sector through a love practice: an ongoing commitment to nurturing self-growth and that of others. For us, public service is about striving for collective liberation through radical acceptance and accountability. We help move organizations toward a loving model— fostering communities of care through connection, regenerative environments, and addressing opportunity gaps. What better way to do this than to elevate those working diligently to serve the needs of our vibrant community?

Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC)

Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado provides impactful opportunities for Coloradans to care for our state's cherished and unparalleled outdoors. Every year, VOC's volunteers give more than 20,000 hours of love and labor to Colorado's public lands, parks and open spaces to address many of our state’s most pressing outdoor stewardship needs, including trail maintenance and construction, fire mitigation, habitat restoration, and urban gardening.

Since 1984, VOC’s award-winning volunteer, youth, and training programs have engaged more than 134,000 volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in caring for Colorado’s spectacular outdoors – for a total value of $27 million in donated labor. Additionally, VOC provides training, education, and environmental career development through a variety of programs to engage current and future generations of stewards.

This year, as we celebrate VOC’s 40th anniversary, our volunteers have already contributed nearly $1 million in labor value to protect and restore Colorado's natural landscapes. With your generous support, we can continue to do this essential work next year and beyond.

Systole Consulting will match the first $500 raised between now and Tuesday, December 10th. Together, we will keep Colorado’s outdoor spaces thriving for generations to come.
