From Denver to Fort Collins to Grand Junction, and many neighborhoods in between, we’re growing our impact throughout Colorado in order to build vibrant, intergenerational communities. Your support empowers over 1,800 older adults to age with dignity and connection in our communities.
The last couple of years have demonstrated the vital importance of neighborly support. Volunteers getting groceries, medications, and other essentials for our older adults, and the vital importance of connection, which we’ve all needed more than ever. Because of the for the last 15 years, we have more and more older neighbors reaching out for a little help to thrive in their own homes. We need your help to meet the needs of our growing community.
