1 in Perfect 10!

Right now, the elite elite dancers of the Golden Chrysalises—11-year-old Natalie Crawford, 14-year-old Autistic Wings founder Leta Rundell, and 17-year-old co-founder Faith Lloyd—are pushing themselves to the absolute limit. They are teaching classes, running fundraisers, doing office work, training for their first major concert and a massive August video shoot.

But they are doing it almost entirely without their choreographer, Becca Reeder. Because Becca is forced to work a separate full-time job to make ends meet, these young women are running rehearsals completely on their own. Think about the weight on their shoulders:

• Balancing their own elite training (Faith with Synergy Dance Academy and Leta with Emmy-Nominated Chloe Arnold’s SoleTalk).

• Teaching the studio classes.

• Running day-to-day operations.

• Fundraising to keep student scholarships alive for the other dancers at the studio

• Fundraising to keep the costs of classes low and subsidized for every dancer in the studio.

  The brutal honesty: They cannot keep running on fumes like this. Without Becca in the room full-time, this pace is unsustainable, and the future of the Chrysalises is in immediate jeopardy.
