The Alpha Impact Initiative is the operational heartbeat of a movement designed to bridge physical performance, professional networking, and social responsibility. Our mission is built on four non-negotiable pillars: Cultivating Connections, Spotlighting Local Enterprise, Fostering Financial Wellness, and Investing in Health.

Alpha Holdings Ltd believes that professional achievement and physical health are inextricably linked. The Alpha Impact Initiative provides the infrastructure for high-achievers to mobilize their collective resources, turning individual discipline into community-wide resilience.

ADOPT A SHELF - VOLUNTEER - REWARDS PROGRAM 

In 2025 Broomfield FISH:

• Supported almost 1,600 individuals.
• Helped 1 in 5 Broomfield residents. Over half of whom are children.
• Distributed 1.7 million pounds of food.
• Helped 688 Broomfield residents keep their safe housing.

Help us “fill the basket” for the Alpha 5K race on 6/12/27 by bringing donations to the any Alpha Event throughout the year, including: Stride and Strategy, The Alpha Classic Disc Golf Competitions, and the Alpha 5K Challenge.

An Integrated Path 

We have moved beyond the traditional event model. By operating a 15-week Stride & Strategy training series, a high-stakes Alpha Classic disc golf competition, and the culminating Alpha 5K Challenge, we create a continuous cycle of engagement that sustains our charitable partners throughout the year.

STRIDE & STRATEGY

• A series of weekly meetups designed to build physical endurance and professional camaraderie. Every training mile is a step toward our goal of local stabilization.

THE ALPHA CLASSIC 

• A 6-round competitive disc golf series hosted across North Midway Park, East Park Interlocken, and Westminster City Park. This series challenges participants to apply the same strategic rigor required in investment models to the accuracy required on the course.

THE ALPHA 5K CHALLENGE 

• Scheduled for June 12, 2027, at the Davidson Mesa Trail in Louisville, this event serves as the nexus of our efforts. It is where our training, our competition, and our professional networks converge at the finish line to deliver a massive, measurable impact for our partners.

1. The Brain Injury Association of Colorado (BIAC) 

Investing in Cognitive Resilience

High-performance starts with cognitive health. Our partnership with the BIAC is an acknowledgment that the most important asset any professional or athlete possesses is their mind. We are dedicated to providing the resources, education, and advocacy necessary for Coloradans affected by brain injury to navigate recovery and maintain their competitive edge. We view this as a primary investment in the future of our community’s human capital.

2. Broomfield FISH

Securing the Nutritional Foundation

We recognize that financial wellness is impossible without basic security. Our partnership with Broomfield FISH transforms our events into active food drives. We leverage our network to ensure that our neighbors have the nutritional stability required to pursue their own personal and professional goals. Every entry fee, every registration, and every sponsorship tier is a tactical investment in the health of our local workforce and families.
