Across Colorado, there are service members, veterans, and their families quietly fighting battles most of us never see. They're trying to keep the lights on, make rent, or find purpose again after serving our country.

When that moment comes - when someone who has served finds themselves struggling - Home Front Military Network (HFMN) is there. 

HFMN is a Colorado Nonprofit that provides a safety net and community connections for our military community. We step in with emergency financial assistance and long-term navigation support, following up and sticking with individuals and families as long as they need us. We partner with more than 50 vetted organizations that work together to help families stabilize and rebuild. 

It is not just about meeting needs. It is about restoring hope and dignity. 

One Colorado veteran shared: 

"When I called HFMN, I was out of options. My car had broken down, I was behind on bills, and I didn't know where to turn. They didn't judge me. They helped me get back on my feet and believe in myself again." 

That's what your donation makes possible. 

Last year alone, HFMN helped more than 5,500 service members, veterans, and family members across Colorado. Each person received not just temporary relief, but personalized support from someone who understands military life and can guide them through stability.

When you give - $5, $50, or $500 - your gift goes directly to helping a Colorado military or veteran family avoid or overcome a crisis: covering rent to prevent eviction, keeping utilities on, providing food or connecting someone to long-term resources like mental health counseling, or caregiver support.

And your impact stays right here in Colorado. 

HFMN's mission is simple but powerful: To connect service members, veterans, and their families to the resources they need to thrive - because they are strong, Colorado is strong.

"Really can't say enough great things about HFMN. The financial assistance was greatly needed at the moment. The moral support and ongoing referrals for different programs has really made a difference in our lives. Thank you again for all you've done."
