Taking a page out of First Tee's "Nine Core Values" here are the "Nine Core (Caddie) Values" I learned over the course of my 100 holes of caddying:

*Anticipation - Caddying is all about being one step ahead.
*Communication - Caddying teaches young people how to converse with adults.
*Courage - It takes guts to speak up and offer a read or suggest a club.
*Listening - A good caddie always offers an ear for the player to vent.
*Observation - To be a good caddie you have to be alert and pay attention.
*Service - A caddie focuses on serving others, not on self.
*Teamwork - There is no better feeling than seeing your player succeed and knowing you helped.
*Work Ethic - Caddying is an honest day's work.
*Fun - You are outside, on a golf course and spending time with great people.

It doesn't get any better than that!

Thank you for your support and for giving me a chance to be reminded why I love golf!
