Mission Statement

The Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation educates and inspires people who want to make a difference as leaders in our community. As the Denver metro area grows and changes, we need strong, diverse, positive leaders to help make our region a better place for all.

Organization History

Since 1974, the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation has been building strong, diverse leaders. Our alumni span decades, number in the thousands throughout the state and have made lasting impact in their communities.

We have learned what it takes to build strong civic leadership: knowledge, skills, networks and experience. We believe that you learn by doing. You bring the passion-we add our unique brand of experiential learning to enhance your impact in the community.

How we get things done is just as important as what we do: We call this Colorado's Civic DNA, and the Leadership Foundation passes this way of working through inclusivity, collaboration, shared vision, responsibility and leadership in all of our programming.

Testimonials

"Receiving a scholarship to participate in (Leadership Foundation program) Impact Denver 2016 was confirmation that taking a step towards personal and professional development was worth it. I could focus on developing myself as a leader instead of figuring out how to cover the costs of the program." - Lindsay Jones, a site director for College Track
