Arts, Culture & Humanities
The Colorado Wind Ensemble performs an annual series of concerts throughout the metropolitan area. Our concert seasons present our audience members with great classics for winds, contemporary music, familiar favorites, and unique collaborations with guest artists and other arts groups. For the 2018-2019 season, our performances will take place at the King Center on the Auraria campus (Denver), the Lakewood Cultural Center, Littleton United Methodist Church, St Andrew United Methodist Church, and Central Presbyterian Church. Our season features guest pianist Jooeun Pak performing Rhapsody in Blue, a tribute to john Philip Sousa with full pageantry, a collaborative concert with the Voices West chorus, and outreach concerts with students from area high schools and the Colorado Youth Wind Ensemble.
