Testimonials

"I'm so happy with the classes and support of the women running this program! I love Nancy and Annette! They are very personable. My husband and I are Grandparents with a need to learn how to best parent our four year old grandson. It's been a blessing to refresh on things forgotten and learn new ways to raise kids! I'm so grateful for a program like this and wish it was around along time ago. This program is making families stronger!" ~ Alyssa, 2021

"This is a great program, my girlfriend is 8 months pregnant and we have been going here for a few months and we love it. I would definitely recommend this program to any new parents! we plan on continuing as long as we can." ~ Michael, 2021

"This place has been a blessing, we have learned so much stuff from the classes and the information is truly useful and relevant to what you need, and they have also supplied us with resources, informative brochures and tons of baby stuff from the boutique. The life couch is a great help and nice to talk to and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and to top everything off they have never charged us a dime. This is a truly amazing program" ~ brook jones, 2021

"I just love the people at Colorado Family Life Center. They really just make the experience great. The guy I work with is Jon and he's just a really good dude who I've come to look up to. The Staff I have worked with are always so welcoming and helpful. I could talk to Annette and Nancy for hours If I could, they are both just so kind. If you're thinking about joining do it! You'll leave feeling like a part of the family with the positive atmosphere they've created happy you came :)" ~ Cory, 2021

Mission

Through the love of Jesus, Colorado Family Life Center's mission is to equip all parents through classes, relationships, and resources to raise their children in a safe and nurturing way from conception to young adulthood.

Vision: Colorado Family Life Center is committed to making pregnancy and parenting support accessible to all parents.

Background Statement

Colorado Pregnancy Center (CPC) began as a crisis pregnancy center in the early 1990s. In 1997, the program was enhanced to provide for the material needs of participants. In 2006, CPC was further improved to combine the distribution of these baby supplies with pregnancy and parenting training through the Earn While You Learn (EWYL) program. In late 2009, the ministry transitioned its crisis pregnancy efforts to another local agency and refocused its efforts exclusively on the EWYL program.

In January 2010, CPC changed its mission and name to Colorado Family Life Center (CFLC). It began offering EWYL as a standalone program. Our focus was on teen, first-time, and at-risk parents from pregnancy until age 3. Helping parents be the best parent they can be while earning supplies was a very encouraging way for parents to invest in parenting education.

In September 2020 we changed our vision and mission to reach any parent wanting pregnancy, parenting. or life skills support. We added the ability to email or text links for classes to our clients. Now parents can access free parenting education from anywhere.

In August 2020 we were awarded the 24:7 Dads program from The Fatherhood Initiative. This program will now be added to our fatherhood curriculum.
