CAR Foundation donates funds to nonprofit and public agencies that help low to moderate income families with their housing needs. CAR Foundation is controlled by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers from the real estate industry, the Colorado Bankers Association and the public sector. Each local board of REALTORS® assists with the activities of the foundation in their community.
Who does CAR Foundation help?
CAR Foundation's Housing Program helps the homeless, victims of domestic violence, first-time home-buyers, families threatened with losing their homes, victims of natural disasters and more. Only housing organizations are eligible for funding, and must be based in Colorado.
Year after year CRF is able to provide funds to Colorado Nonprofits, work to educate the community about home ownership and the facts needed to get into the right home with the right mortgage and armed with the information needed to make informed decisions.
