This year your donation is vital to helping the Grand Valley Equine Assisted Learning Center purchase the historic Moon Farm in Fruita, Colorado, by April 15, 2021.

The Farm purchase will enable the Center to establish a permanent headquarters for both horses and humans, increase therapy hours so we can serve clients on our waiting list, and preserve this Mesa County historical site and cultural icon for future generations of Grand Valley families.

The Moon Farm has been a sanctuary of fun for Grand Valley kids and families for seven decades. Help the Center secure the fun and expand this sanctuary to embrace our horses, our therapists, and our clients in need.

No one wants to say goodbye to the pioneer museum, petting zoo, haunted castle, Egyptian pyramid, pumpkin patch, Robinson Caruso tree fort, school house, doll house, jailhouse, and countless other historical playground buildings at the Moon Farm! So come on and help us out! In May 2021, we want to say 'We bought the Farm!'

Are you interested in a legacy opportunity? Do you want to sponsor a historical playhouse building? Our Leadership and Community Gifts are legacy naming opportunities for your business or family. Please email gvealc@gmail.com for information.
