Testimonials

"Phyllis and I thoroughly enjoyed your delightful concert yesterday afternoon. What a wonderful offering of spirituals, most of which I had never encountered before. It was also sobering for me to think about the context in which so many of those songs arose-in the midst of tremendous suffering and injustice. Yet they retained such a vibrant hope of a better place: Beulah Land!"
-Bill

"Your music is not only beautiful, but lifts the soul to heights of worship not found in most places these days. Thank you!"
- Ann

"I think that concert was one of the most outstanding that I've ever been to. The music was beautiful, I loved the arrangements, orchestra, organ and the beauty of the church itself - wow!"

I just did a search this evening for Bright Canaan, since I have to sing that at mass tomorrow (I'm a professional soloist and section leader at Saint Luke's Church in Forest Hills, NY.) I came across your videos. All I have to say is, what an outstanding group! Great musical spirit with a sense of excellence. Nice intonation, overall sound. Good for you folks! All sections are strong and blend well as a group. Best wishes and blessings? for your continued success!!
