We have designed a school program to educate teachers and administration about food allergies in schools. We teach prevention of allergic reactions, identification when allergic reactions and anaphylaxis occur and understanding of the treatment and follow up after a reaction has been identified.

Allergy Safe Kids (ASK) was established as a non-profit by a medical doctor and a mother of children with food allergies to ensure that all kids with life-threatening food allergies are safe in their school environment. ASK ensures their safety by educating teachers, school administrators and staff about allergy awareness and treatment, so they are prepared to act in the case of a life-threatening allergic reaction.
