Amber DeLay, Program Manager
Start Date: 2018

Amber joined Routt County United Way in February 2018 and is excited to contribute her passion for grant writing and helping people to the United Way organization and community programs. Amber grew up in the Yampa Valley and moved back to Steamboat in 2015 after graduating from Metropolitan State University in Denver. She lives in Oak Creek with her dog and likes spending time exploring outside, cooking for friends and family, or reading a good book.

Kate comes to United Way with thirty years of business and nonprofit experience. Previously she ran Yampa Valley Data Partners for five years, a regional nonprofit that delivered economic, social, civic and environmental data to the community. Prior to Data Partners, Kate was the Director of Events & Sales for the International Erosion Control Association for seven years. Kate was the Regional Vice-President for Professional Sales Associates/TIC out of Chicago for six years.

Kate has graduated from the CIC Leadership Training course for nonprofits, El Pomar Leadership Training and Leadership Steamboat Course.
