    The Success Foundation is committed to enhancing educational opportunities for all students in Greeley-Evans Schools District 6 through the support of innovative learning, educator excellence, exceptional learning environments and community mobilization and involvement.

    When older adults can no longer drive, transportation assistance is needed to insure access to critical services and programs in order to help them remain healthy and independent in their homes. The 60+ Ride Program provides free transportation throughout Weld County to meet this need.

    Everyone involved in helping families who face acute homelessness in Weld County knows that The House has a big mission. The number of families needing shelter reflects the ongoing shortage of affordable housing in the community. The House was full nearly everyday, with a wait list.

    Join us in helping at-risk youth get back on track and providing youth and families the resources and alternatives that lead them to a successful life! Don't forget! YFC is an Enterprise Zone Project! All contributions of $250 or more get a State Income Tax Credit valued at 25% of your donation!
