    "Answers for Today . . . Hope for a Lifetime!" We are the only community-funded non-profit medical facility in the Greeley/Windsor area committed to empowering individuals who are making decisions about unplanned pregnancies and sexual health. All services are complimentary and confidential.

  • Greeley Transitional House
    We are a critical safety net in northern Colorado for families who are homeless with inadequate support/resources. Through residential emergency shelter, case management, and transitional housing programs we assist more than 140 families each year in achieving stability and greater self-sufficiency.

    As health professionals retire, new professionals who understand the unique needs of a rural community are needed. CAHEC seeks to address shortages and health disparities in our eleven county (Larimer, Weld, Morgan, Logan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Yuma, Kit Carson, Elbert and Lincoln) region.
