Stabilization Services:

Immediately after intake, facilitate access to services to meet basic needs:

2. Services to Improve Employability:

Weekly life skills and life coaching classes support growth in self-confidence & personal responsibility:

And impart crucial tools needed for employment:

--Computer skills
--Adult Numeracy and Literacy
--Leadership skills
--Job search techniques
--Resume preparation

3. Fundamental Job Readiness Training:

Through work in our hands-on gourmet food and jewelry manufacturing businesses, women learn the skills that employers say they are not getting in entry-level applicants:
