UpaDowna's mission is to provide access to outdoor adventures for all through events and programs that empower individuals, create healthier communities, and foster a respect for the environment.
Formed in 2007 as a cause and in 2011 as a non profit. UpaDowna has been created to bring including to our communities and uses the power of nature play to accomplish our mission. Starting with a weekly summer hike, our program offerings have expanded greatly to include Stand Up Paddle Boarding, camping, community cycling events, educational speaker series, climbing, snow play adventure days, hiking, and classes. UpaDowna's current offerings include providing well over 100 free and donation based activities, programs, and events, for participants of all ages and all ability levels.
