Now is the time for Colorado to stand up and defend our immigrant and refugee populations from family separation and harmful laws! Every day families in Colorado are being separated and detained without legal representation and access to justice. The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) is a statewide coalition of grassroots pro-immigrant organizations across the state and this year we are fighting to increase access to legal representation for Coloradans who are being detained for their immigration cases.
Your donation will go to helping us pass a statewide fund to pay for legal representation for people who desperately need it to navigate our complex immigration laws. Immigrants with legal guidance are 10.5X more likely to win their cases and be able to post bond to be with their families while they await their court dates.
