Each month an average of 3 Colorado Emergency Responders die by suicide. SC4i provides mental health services that include "free" trauma therapy to Emergency Responders and family members. It is staffed by former emergency responders who understand PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Suicidal Ideation.

Status Code 4, Inc. (SC4i) provides counseling, mental wellness education, and resources to Colorado First Responders and their family members located in El Paso, Teller, Park, and Pueblo counties and the adjacent rural areas.
We opened our doors on February 27, 2017 and to date, we've provided over $885,500 worth of free trauma healing therapy to first responders and their family members; delivered 145 tailored 2-hour to 40-hour Mental Wellness related training classes and podcasts that covered topics such as Depression, PTSD, Anxiety and Suicide Prevention, to public safety (paid and volunteer) agencies throughout Colorado; produced 8 short films within our Lifelines Documentary Series that have reached over 798K individuals from around the world on Facebook https://www.sc4i.org/lifelines; and finally, we collaborated with Colorado Mental Health Agencies as designated Lead Clinician for Colorado's first Emergency Responder Trauma Retreat held in May 2019 in Black Forest, CO
