Mission Statement

Our mission is to educate scholars with the rigorous academic program, character development, and personalized support necessary to be successful in a four-year college and life.

Organization History

Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) opened its first school in Southeast Denver in 2012 and currently enrolls more than 1,100 students across three campuses, making RMP the largest and highest-performing early childhood and elementary-focused charter network in Denver-Metro.

RMP schools are founded on the two pillars of rigor and love. We aim to provide rigorous academic preparation combined with the character development and personalized support necessary for student success. Scholars and staff approach each day through our PEAK values of Perseverance, Excellence, Adventure, and Kindness.

Testimonials

"I am that parent that believes that quality education should be a reality for all students despite demographics and socioeconomic status. This school uses excellence as its starting point and then builds out from there. The staff and leadership have been willing to answer the hard questions and have committed themselves to ongoing learning, ensuring best practices for all students while collaborating with families to offer high quality education."
-RMP Parent

"It was my task to find the best education for my son. It was very clear that RMP would provide him with the education he deserves. I'm thankful that we had the choice to send our son to a school that prides itself on giving the community the education they deserve."
-RMP Parent

"At Rocky Mountain Prep, there are expectations for my kids to succeed and go to college. My family and I feel welcomed and appreciated and loved. To have that level of connection with the teacher? It's amazing."
