Young Adults (20-25 years)

Description

Each season, RMPA hosts the WGI Regional Competition in the Denver area. The Denver Regional is the only Regional within 1,000 miles of Colorado and participation in a Regional is mandatory for all ensembles choosing to represent Colorado on the International Stage at World Championships. Through programs like the WGI Denver Regional, RMPA provides opportunities for performers and instructors to receive critical feedback from Nationally Accredited Judges and Clinicians. After receiving the feedback, ensembles then have about one month to make changes and improve their show before they see a similar panel of Nationally Accredited Judges at World Championships.

Each year we see a greater number of Colorado ensembles continuing on to represent Colorado in World Championships after participating in the WGI Denver Regional Competition. In 2018, we sent seven(7) ensembles to Dayton, Ohio to represent Colorado at World Championships Competition, two(2) of which are attending for the first time.
