At Pawsitive Restorations, we open our doors to the hard cases — the ones many rescues and shelters can’t, or won’t, take in. These are the pets with broken bones, failing organs, infected wounds, and broken hearts. Many of them are the animals whose medical needs are so extreme that saving them often costs thousands of dollars and months of rehabilitation. Yet every one of them is worth it, we say yes.

Our gold-standard neonatal program gives even the tiniest orphans a fighting chance. Fragile bottle babies receive hospital-quality, round-the-clock care from our trained team, while their exhausted foster parents whisper promises that they’ll never be alone again.

Pregnant mamas who were scheduled to die in overcrowded shelters are welcome here — giving them the safety and peace to deliver and raise their babies surrounded by warmth, comfort, and love.

Rescue is a promise we make to the animals in our care, and our promise is unwavering: that they will be safe, loved, and given every chance to thrive — no matter how long it takes.
